Delivery
As the majority of The Token Works products are custom made, please allow time for design, production, and printing before dispatch. Once your order is approved and payment is received, we begin bringing your product to life.
After production is complete and your items are checked into our Sydney warehouse, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. During peak periods, timelines may be slightly longer—any delays will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Estimated Shipping Times (Australia):
- NSW / VIC / ACT / QLD — 3–5 business days
- TAS / SA / WA — 5–7 business days
- NT — 7–10 business days
International (Country Dependant) — Typically 10–15 Days
Express Post
Express Post is available for most Australian locations if you require faster shipping once your goods are in Australia. Our express shipping allows a faster shipping service once your custom items have been checked in to our Sydney warehouse, not a faster preparation time on your items.
