Returns & Refunds
As the majority of Token Works products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We work closely with you throughout a detailed pre-production process to ensure your design, specifications, and expectations are fully aligned before manufacturing begins. For larger or more complex orders, physical or digital samples may be provided for approval prior to full production.
If the final delivered product differs significantly from the approved design or pre-production samples, we will work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement, re-production, or a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
To be eligible for a resolution, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos and a description of the concern.
