- Custom Medal Slings – Sublimation printed, screen printed, coloured ribbon, rope, chain and other ribbon options available.
- Custom Hanging Options – A variety of attachment and hanging-hole styles can be selected to complement your medal design.
- Premium Packaging – Choose from custom Paper Cards, Acrylic Boxes, Paper Boxes, PU Boxes, Velvet Boxes and Wooden Presentation Boxes.
- Design Service Available – Supply your own finished artwork or work with our team to develop a medal specifically for your project.

 

Mold Set Up Fee

 

A mold set up fee applies to each unique metal medal design and is applicable to the first order only. Repeat orders of the same design have no additional mold set up charge.

Mold set up fees typically range from $160–$320, depending on the size, complexity and manufacturing requirements of the design.

• If you require a design to be made on your behalf, please select one of our graphic design packages, view here. Alternatively contact us with a brief and we can tailor the design quote to the work required.
• If you would like to design your own artwork, please download the templates and complete with your own designer.
• E-mail your completed files to contact@thetokenworks.com.au
• Checkout and pay for your order.

 

Post-Order Process

• Should we require any further details or clarification on your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.
• If you have chosen one of our design packages, we aim to have designs available for you to choose from typically in 3-5 working days.
• Once artwork is approved, we will prepare a final printing proof for you to check.
• Once confirmed, your order will begin production. Please allow 21-35 days for this process to happen.
• The order will then be shipped to our warehouse for a final inspection before being sent out via AusPost to your address.
